CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments that need to be canceled must be done within 24hrs prior to the date of your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a penalty equal to no more or less than 25% of the total cost of your services and is non-refundable. In the case of an extreme emergency (fire, flood, bodily injury, mild sickness, major sickness, death, auto accident), please contact your stylist via phone or text, at (972) 813-9048. No Call/No Show Appointments will be blocked from online booking and restricted from contacting T.H.E Salon or the owner/stylist.
